Before registering, please note the following:
1. The UltraMARAthon is an entirely charitable event, with all profit going towards conservation and community development initiatives in the region. Learn more about our impact here.
2. All race entry fees are non-refundable. In the event that a participant is unable to participate in the race, they will have up until 2 weeks before the event to enter someone else in their place and recoup their payment on individual terms with that person. After this date, we will no longer be able to switch registrations to different people.
3. There are four different events and their pricing is as follows:
- Individual 50 km (USD 300)
- Relay 2×25 km (USD 500)
- Relay 4 x12.5 km (USD 800)
- Kids 3km fun run, 5-13 years (USD 30)
4. We are partnering with Bush & Beyond for all your travel and accommodation needs, please reach out to them for any travel and accommodation plans. Otherwise please visit the event website for local accommodation options provided by our local Tourism Partners.
5. Payment will be processed upon completing registration details on the registration platform. If registering a team, you will also need to provide the legal names, ID type and number, shirt size, and meal preference for each team member, and you must have permission to accept the terms and conditions on behalf of each team member.
6. Registration will close on November 1st or once 350 runners have registered, whichever comes first.
